Our weightlifting program is designed exclusively for women who want to achieve more than just physical strength. Our class is focused on creating a safe and welcoming space for women of all ages and fitness levels to come together and learn how to ground their nervous system, cultivate a healthy relationship with their body, and get stronger in the process.

We believe that weightlifting is not just about building muscle and increasing strength but also about developing a sense of empowerment and confidence in oneself. Through our classes, we teach our members how to activate their nervous system and cultivate a mind-body connection that allows them to perform at their best.

Our experienced instructors provide personalized guidance and support to each member, helping them to learn proper technique and form. Classes are structured to include a warm-up, Olympic lifting, strength training exercises and a cool-down,

Cardio and Metcons are included for those in advanced recovery and looking to return to sport if medically cleared and appropriate.
