Group Weightlifting

Our weightlifting program is designed exclusively for women who want to achieve more than just physical strength. Our class is focused on creating a safe and welcoming space for women of all ages and fitness levels to come together and learn how to ground their nervous system, cultivate a healthy relationship with their body, and get stronger in the process. We believe that weightlifting is not just about building muscle and increasing strength but also about developing a sense of empowerment and confidence in oneself. Through our classes, we teach our members how to activate their nervous system and cultivate a mind-body connection that allows them to perform at their best.

We understand that every woman's fitness journey is unique, which is why our classes are tailored to meet the needs and goals of each member. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced weightlifter, our class will provide you with the tools and techniques to take your fitness to the next level while also helping you develop a healthy and positive relationship with your body.

Virtual Empowerment Class

Welcome to our virtual peer support group! Our group is specifically designed to provide a safe and supportive space for women of all ages to come together and work towards building confidence, improving body image, enhancing communication skills, and developing important life and relationship skills.

Our group is guided by a team of experienced recovery and health coaches who are dedicated to helping each member achieve their goals and overcome any obstacles they may face along the way. We understand that the journey to self-improvement can be challenging, and we are here to provide you with the guidance and support you need to succeed.

Whether you are struggling with low self-esteem, body image issues, or difficulty communicating effectively with others, our peer support group is the perfect place to connect with other women who are facing similar challenges. Through group discussions, workshops, and other activities, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, build meaningful relationships, and gain the confidence and resilience you need to thrive.

Return to Running  

Join our specialized class designed for female athletes embarking on their running journey post-ED treatment.


This class emphasizes the restoration of bone, tendon, ligament, and muscle health in addition to dispelling fitness myths and reeducation surrounding training methods, rest and fuel. 


Gain essential insights into proper warm-up techniques, targeted drills for ankle, knee, and hip health, along with footwork strategies tailored for injury prevention post-eating disorder recovery.


Guided support will be provided to help you safely navigate the return to volume and intensity. Treatment team collaboration is optional but encouraged. We work closely with Dietitians and Therapists to help prevent relapse upon returning to sport.


Medical clearance is mandatory to ensure your well-being on this empowering journey.
