Welcome to our nutrition coaching program, where our team of experienced Health and Nutrition Coaches help women of all backgrounds to achieve their wellness and fitness goals while maintaining a healthy relationship with food.

 

We specialize in working with women who may be on a journey towards recovering from disordered eating patterns, as well as those who are looking to enhance their fitness and break free from the chains of diet culture.

We work collaboratively with Registered Dietitians/your Treatment Team to help you create and execute a meal plan that's right for you. Our coaches provide the accountability and support you need to stay on track, while also helping you develop important life skills and coping mechanisms to help you navigate the challenges of daily life.

For women who are transitioning out of disordered eating patterns, our coaches offer compassionate support and guidance to help you regain food freedom and live a full life. We take a holistic approach to wellness, recognizing that true health involves not just physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing.

For women who are not currently in treatment, our coaching program provides a supportive and empowering environment where you can focus on your goals without the pressure and negativity often associated with traditional fitness and weight loss programs.
