Empowered Movement: Reclaiming Movement & Building Resilience is an interactive book designed to help women heal their relationship with movement. Through education, reflective prompts, creative exercises, and mindset shifts, this journal encourages a transition away from punitive workouts and self-criticism toward movement that is rooted in joy, autonomy, and self-connection.

Created by Exercise Physiologist Leah Hantman, this journal integrates trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to help women navigate their movement journey in a way that honors their body and lived experiences. Whether you're reclaiming movement after an eating disorder, breaking free from toxic fitness narratives, or simply looking to cultivate a more intuitive approach, this journal provides the space and guidance to explore movement on your own terms—free from guilt, pressure, or expectations.
